How editor verification works on Vidlix

Before an editor can appear as verified or accept a paid project, they submit a government ID (PAN card), a proof-of-address document (Aadhaar card), and a live selfie for identity matching, along with bank or UPI details for payouts.

This isn't automated — a human reviewer checks each submission before approving or rejecting it. Approved editors get a verified badge on their profile; rejected submissions come with a reason and can be resubmitted.

Bank details submitted during verification are also what's used later for withdrawal payouts, so editors never have to re-enter them when cashing out their earnings.
